With a career built on reviewing the ingredients of countless products and monitoring global safety standards in real-time, Jacqueline has a deeper understanding of global trends in ingredients, quality, and safety than anyone else. She has long observed the efforts and challenges of companies striving to meet these standards.
As a consumer and a parent, she often felt a sense of dissatisfaction that went beyond her professional role as a consultant.

As a mother of two daughters and a wife, she was acutely aware of the practical challenges companies face in balancing efficacy and safety. This awareness led to her own personal standards and concerns, especially regarding childcare products. However, she also knew that finding products that met her ideal standards in the contemporary market was not easy.
One day in 2020, she found herself asking, Why am I looking for products for my child through the eyes of others?
The moment she realized she needed to create these products herself to be truly satisfied, a long and challenging journey of product development began, based on her parenting notes, research, and unique insights she had accumulated while balancing work and motherhood.
